The Mannequin will be kept at:

1. DEFINITIONS

The Mannequins named xxx are for display purposes only and are being hired by the above named party from xxx to xxx (including transit times) at the rate of £xx per week.

2. HIRE AGREEMENT

The Owner hereby agrees to rent to the hirer the agreed items of equipment for the specified hire period. The agreement may be extended by prior agreement before the end of the hire period. In this case, a new agreement and payment for additional hire period will be issued by the owner. This is subject to availability.

3. DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT

The equipment will be delivered on xxx and collected by courier on xxx as noted in the dates agreed above.

All transportation costs will be paid by the hirer.

4. HIRER'S GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

You should note that a deposit (refundable upon the safe return of the mannequins & accessories without damage) is payable and is currently charged at £150 per mannequin. It is the hirer's responsibility therefore, to ensure that no damage occurs to the mannequins. You are expected to return it as it was delivered. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any accident caused by the mannequins. Instructions for assembly accompany each mannequin. If the mannequins are not returned in its dispatched condition by the due date agreed above, you will lose your deposit. In case of theft or damage, we ask you to ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover your deposit. Any damage therefore to the mannequins or its accessories are the responsibility of the hirer. Please pack the mannequins carefully before collection paying particular attention to the face and hands. Subject to the mannequins being returned in adequate condition, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

5. OWNER'S GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

We will provide adequate information for its assembly and care during the hire period. We can also advice by telephone should you require it. We aim to refund your deposit within 7 days subject to the returned condition of the mannequins.

6. HIRE CHARGES AND PAYMENT

Payment for the hire period and the deposit is to be made in advance. Transportation costs are also payable in advance.

7. INDEMNITY

We will not be held liable for any third party claim whilst the equipment is in your possession.

8.TERMINATION

The Owner is given the right to terminate and recover equipment if the hirer becomes insolvent or commits any breach of this agreement.

9. ASSIGNMENT

This agreement to hire is between the owner and hirer only and it is not allowed for the hirer to pass the equipment onto anyone else unless agreed beforehand.

1O. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes will be dealt with according to the governing law of the courts of the United Kingdom.
