All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. We accept BACS, Cheques payable to Mannakin Ltd and cards over the phone with the exception of AMEX.
Terms of Hire
Our terms of hire are complex owing to the fact that mannequins are high value, fragile items. Therefore, please download separately our terms of hire. Please note that these terms are binding once we accept your order and your invoice produced. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.
Return of Goods Sold
If you are not happy with goods we have sold you, please let us know within seven days of receipt. You may return the items for a refund or replacement, but where postage, transportation or courier charges have been incurred, these are not eligible for a refund. Your satisfaction with our products and services is our priority, so please let us know immediately if there is a problem. We will do our best to rectify it.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously and treat all information we may collect from you, during the process of handling your enquiries, in strict confidence. Should you have any queries in this regard, please contact us immediately.
Customer Service Promise
We aim to provide a fast, efficient and financially competitive service to all our of clients. We will do our best to respond to your enquiries by email or phone within 2 hours and in fact, most of the time we are immediate. In the event of disputes we take reasonable steps to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with the service we provide, whilst bending over backwards to resolve any issues. Fortunately these do not occur very often, simply because we are dedicated and committed to providing the best service mannequinland can offer.
Environmental Policy
We strive to achieve the following environmental standards within our company operations.
- To encourage, promote and facilitate the concept of recycling mannequins and mannequin body parts to the retail sector within the UK.
- To plant trees to offset carbon emissions used during the production and transportation of our mannequins. We are currently planting Macadamia trees in southern Malawi and updates will be posted to our blog.
- To strive towards finding an ecological ingredient as a substitute to fibre glass and associated production materials.
- Wherever possible, to use packaging that have either been recycled or are constructed of recycled materials and to recycle every last scrap of unwanted paper.
